Media Planner & Buyer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for purchasing online media such as Facebook, Google ads (AdWord, GDN) YouTube, etc.
• Identifying target audiences, targeting and understand their behaviour and habits
• Ability to collect and analyse raw data & suggesting better solutions
• Determine the best media outlet mix for online campaigns
• Optimise advertising campaigns according to geographic exposure, frequency, time
  spans and more
• Allocate budgets and monitoring costs
• Follow media trends of online and offline outlets
• Evaluate the success of media strategies and campaigns
• Create report presentation performance to make sure marketing strategy reach the right
  target audience in the most effective way possible.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Media Planner; experience 1-3 Years in digital media is preferred
• Broad knowledge of online media channels
• Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics and media buying method
• Working knowledge of analytics tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• An analytical mind with an aptitude for statistics and math
• Strong decision-making skills

Creative/Copywriter

Responsibilities

• Be skilled in writing clear, concise and grammatically correct copy
• Be able to write different types of copy depending on its purpose
• Adapt writing to different industries, brands, audiences and styles
• Expresses ideas with clarity; on brand; on message and targeted to audience
• Have a flexible approach and willingness to adapt ideas to the needs of clients
• Have a resilience to perform under pressure and deliver quality work to right deadlines
• Write audience-centric content that serves marketing campaign
• Write and create impactful social and traditional media content that reflects brand’s voice and adheres to the brand’s style guidelines.
• Proofread and edit your own work before submission
• Provide support on creative ideation in brainstorming meetings for creative strategy and pitching

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Creative or Copywriter; experience 1-3 Years in an advertising or digital communication business
• Degree in any related fields
• Excellent writing skills both Thai and English
• Creative and having new ideas and like to learn new things.
• Love writing good words, phrases, using a variety of words.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as presentation skill
• Strong decision-making skills

INTERNSHIP

The company consists of entrepreneurs from all areas of expertise in a start-up company. You will be learning many aspects of the business for future entrepreneurs. The role offers excellent opportunities to develop and utilize skills in tech industry. You’ll be able to do a lot of different things: Working for a startup company like We Are InnoSense is a bit different than working for a corporation. It will allow you to try on a lot of different tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working very closely with co-founders and will take hands on approach, ensuring that all the work are managed with the highest level of service
